The Vision: To see people come into rhythm with the Kingdom of God through the Good News of Jesus Christ.

The Values: The non-negotiable values that guide Novation Church’s development are 1) Biblical truth, 2) authentic community, and 3) meaningful worship.

The Priority: Although the leadership of Novation believes in and enjoys large corporate gatherings of followers of Christ, the priority will be upon one-on-one interaction and discipleship as well as small group gatherings of people who are committed to creating disciples in a relational environment.

The Beliefs

The Bible is the authoritative standard for faith and living.

The God who has revealed himself in the writings contained in the Bible is the only true and living God.  He is eternal, unchanging, perfect and indivisible, existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The world, though created perfect, currently exists in a fallen state due to the disobedience of mankind.  Humanity, though created perfect and in communion with God, currently exists in a fallen state, separated from God.

Jesus Christ is both the Lord and Savior of the earth. Through his death on the cross and his resurrection from the dead, he is the only way of salvation for mankind.

Salvation is by faith through grace alone, offered by God and received by man.

The Holy Spirit abides with and in all followers of Jesus Christ, providing both the sanctifying and empowering presence of God.
